Rebate Process
The www.gomotopromo.com Web site powers the rebate process. Use this site to get extra information, submit your rebate and even check on the status of your rebate. Follow the step-by-step instructions, below, to submit your rebate.
1. Purchase an eligible Two-way Radio and/or Original Accessory from us. Don't forget to keep your purchase invoice, as you'll need this for the rebate process.
2. Fill out the online Rebate Form, following all instructions thoroughly. (Note that you'll need to provide the serial numbers from the products you purchased.)
3. Mail in your redemption package, including a copy of your sales invoice, to the GOMOTO Promotion Headquarters:

4. Use the Rebate Claim Search tool to check on the status of your rebate after you send it in.
5. Receive your rebate check from Motorola within 4 to 6 weeks.

End User Redemption Instructions — Detail
Purchase any eligible two-way radio and accessory from us from September 15, 2005, through January 15, 2006, and receive a rebate on each eligible purchase. Offer valid only on new eligible Motorola two-way radios and accessories purchased during the promotion period by end-users in the United States.
Rebate submissions must be entered online at www.gomotopromo.com no later then midnight CST on February 1, 2006. All corresponding paperwork must be postmarked no later than February 15, 2006.
Motorola assumes no responsibility for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or postagedue mail or rebate submissions. Illegible or incomplete rebate forms will be considered invalid and ineligible for a rebate. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of rebate. Rebate checks will be issued in U.S. dollars only. Rebate checks not cashed within 90 days of issuance are void and cannot be reissued. Motorola is not responsible for lost or stolen rebate checks. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted.
Eligible radios cannot be returned once the rebate form has been submitted to Motorola. The electronic rebate form has no cash value. Offer not available in conjunction with any other Motorola end-user promotional offer, rebate, coupon or discount. Fraudulent submissions could result in prosecution under U.S. Mail Fraud Statute (18 U.S.C. Section 1341-1343). Limit one rebate per eligible product purchased. The original or photocopy of the dealer invoice showing proof of purchase of eligible items must be included with the rebate submission form.
